SuperSonic LTE horrible customer services (absolute no service!)

Absolute ******* customer service! The WhatsAPP service does not respond, nor does anyone answer the phone. Phoned about 20 times, waiting forever, only for no one to respond! Locked my account, because they didn't have my GPS coordinates, even though they did not specifically ask for it and also they delivered the thing to my address, so they had it! Still waiting to have my modem back on line! No one gets back to you.
