Supersonic LTE. All the lights are on but no internet and no reaction from them

Registered for their fixed LTE. Took a week for them to contact me. Then 4 days to deliver the SIM. This morning I inserted the SIM in the router. All the corrects lights on the router is on and when I connect to the router via my PC I see an sms that informs me I now have 60 gigs available. But there IS NO INTERNET ACCESS. And one cannot phone them. One is directed to chatting on Whatsapp..... but they don't answer on questions on Whatsapp... I guess they will be active and on the ball when thes ubtraction from my bank account comes... (This is sarcasm.) Bad service to start with.
