Supersonic losers

Cancellation was processed by supersonic before the 30 day notice period lapsed... I have asked since February for a recon of my payments and a statement and someone to process my refund... still nothing

Good evening Mene, apologies for the late response, please see your Statement attached in your email sent by our Supersonic Team, for your refund case CAS-794733-B6S1S7 has been logged and is being attended by our Finance department however refund take between 7 to 14 working days to be processed, again we apologise for the inconveniences caused, thank you.
