Supersonic lies and *****s money every month, refusing to provide a service!!! ********!!!!!!!!

I can't believe the level of service that Supersonic provides!! Worst communication, I have asked for a technician to come and sort out the router that they installed with the incorrect credentials for over 2 weeks!!!!! Spoken to 5 different call center technicians, all giving me the same lie!! "Yes, sir we have booked your technician" BLATANT LIERS!!!!!! Please also don't try and speak to a supervisor or manager, always in a meeting and does not call you back as promised!!!!
