Supersonic Letter of Demand ****!

I signed up for your service in 2019, I cancelled it the following year, but you carried billing me and sending me statements even after I had cancelled. Then I sent a second email to your accounts in 2020 and I still have the email asking you to stop sending me statements, I told your lawyers the same thing but the carried on with their letter of demand. It’s 2024 and now your lawyers have sent me a letter of demand threatening to instruct a judgement against my name with a bill of R15607. I have emailed you multiple times with no response, your WhatsApp chat bot was also useless, nobody picks up the phone at your call centre…surely this is a **** and I’m seeing so many similar complaints here on Hellopeter.
