Supersonic *** service

Well ever since supersonic took over nepic I have had nothing but trouble with them. Three weeks ago our nepic routers was disconnected and we were told we will receive new routers in 48hours that was last week and every time I phone I am being told that it has been despatched and that RAM has not updated their systems on tracking number.
