Supersonic ISP - Worst mistake ever - trying to cancel my order

Made an order over a month ago! Still no response or installation.

Been on the phone now for 1 and half hours with no agent available. This is probably my 12th time calling and it's always a minimum of 30 minutes wait!

I would like to cancel the order. But I did a debicheck mandate which I am afraid they will deduct from me. I just cannot get through to them. Even the WhatApp platform is not answered.

The natural wonder is how do these companies make money like this???
