SUPERSONIC ISP, WORST EVER

Worst service ever. Ordered 5G line with 150mbps/150mbps up and down connectivity. Paid in advance. Received router without simcard early Aug, no simcard. After endless follow up and tickets logged, received simcard after approx 3 weeks, no service but paid for another month, promises of credit to be passed. Inserted simcard, line doesn't even reach 10mbps / 10mbps up and down, yet paying for a 150mbps/150mbps line. Cannot use the line due to slow connectivity. Several calls, tickets later, still no resolve, ticket closed as tech could not resolve the problem. Then requested cancelation, told I must pay 1 month cancelation fee, despite having NO WORKABLE SERVICE. Then also informed I must pay an additional R561 for early cancelation. I have paid approx R3, 000 only to have NO SERVICE and a snotty attitude from the service non provider. Credits not passed but debit orders run....... Worst ISP ever, stay away from this Company. There must be an investigation launched by the appropriate authorities into these irregularities.
