Supersonic ISP. Not a great company

If you are thinking about going with Supersonic internet service provider, please think again. Over the years this company has just gotten worse over time. They are happy to sign you up but when you need to change something like downgrade or even cancel your account with Supersonic, this guys never get back to the client in time. They are also very slow in send you an invoice, so never do a debit order with them. I feel like the sales team, technical team and account team never work with each other.

Come on guys get your **** together, if you can't handle the workload maybe get out of this business. I am not paying you anymore till you sort my account out. You guys are like Telkom.
