Supersonic isp is a ****!!

I never thought I'd be writing a review on hellopeter about a wifi company but here I am.... I purchased a wifi bundle from supersonic and they run off mtn and this was the worst mistake I made.... I purchased the 75mbps with 60gb day 60gb night and for the first few weeks I received only 45mbps which was alright because it's still more than enough.... But after the first few weeks I noticed my internet speed was slowing down to nearly 500kbps and I thought maybe it's just a reset or normal but after a few weeks passed this kept recurring.... I've tried phoning supersonic but they started ignoring my calls.... I've tried phoning them every day and still no answer and I've wasted a lot of airtime in doing so.... But still no win... I've never gotten to angry in my life because now they've got me stuck in a corner.... I can't cancel my subscription because I need to phone them in order to do that.... I wish someone could help me because this is a total money ****.... I should have rather gone straight to mtn.... They turned off my wifi tonight saying that my debit orders are cleared but my account has been deactived for no reason I still have 3GB day data and 18 GB night data.... I can't phone them to cancel my contract and if I don't pay my contract I can get into trouble.... How does that work???!!!.... Is there any other way I can get rid of this isp?????..... I've even tried the callback option and I sat for a nother 3 hours hearing that stupid call waiting song and still no answered phone call.... Please... At this point I'm begging someone to hear me.
