Supersonic ISP -Bad Service

Let me be brief, Supersonic ISP is the worst of them all. I have been struggling for over 3 weeks to get them to cancel the data line with Fibre provider Vumatel. I have basically been calling daily, 20 min on a call and just to be cut off and having to phone back again. I have been sending Supersonic emails daily. Eventually on the 30/12/2020, they creates a case no. CAS. The case no. was created, but nothing has been done or action further from Supersonic side. I have been checking with Vumatel who has only been very helpful confirms daily that they have had not notification from Supersonic to cancel the line - Because of this My new ISP can not activate my services. - Supersonic is the worst ISP and people to deal with.
