Supersonic is worse than Telkom! You are better off with Telkom!

I am a new customer at Supersonic. Service is terrible!!! You cannot get through on their support lines! I have also been struggling to get my VOiP sorted for close to two weeks. I have even reported the matter to their CEO - Calvin Collett (***) and he does not even respond! The worst service from Telkom is not even close to what I am experiencing with Supersonic!
