SUPERSONIC is uselss and horrible.

WORST ISP to deal with in 2023! I thought the Telkom call center days were behind us! Placed an order, which was easy via portal. step 1 check. Come activation; they dont know how to work the Vumatel portal. Two days later, the figure it out and then forced me to use their router. I informed them that I have my hardware and don't need their technician, etc. They proceed to tell me that this is not an option! I then cancelled the order immediately by following their process, and now, FOUR days later, they refused to release my line from VUMATEL. My new ISP can't link my account, and SUPER(Useless)SONIC can't help me. Support drops the calls, and Accounts go in circles as they don't know the difference between their heads and asses! Their cancellation dept keeps telling me on WhatsApp that they will call me, but since the first chat, nothing. I have spent hours on the phone, waiting and then the agent just keeps saying the same sh*t over and over! These people are not well trained if at all. DONT USE them, they lure you in with good pricing, but that is where it ends! WOW YOU GUYS SUCK!
