Supersonic is useless

I've had no connection for a week now been trying to contact Supersonic via their useless WhatsApp line. Employees have no sense of urgency, not willing to assist, couldn't be bothered. It's not my first complaint and I've never experienced such ********** service anywhere in my life. No one answers the phone, not sure what their employees get paid for. Even when they get back to me, they don't see to know their job. I find myself assisting them, they don't know what they're talking about.

Supersonic is the worst service provider Ive dealt with. They must just shut down.
