Supersonic Is useless

I am totally frustrated with Supersonic! For over two weeks I have had unstable connection in wifi/ fiber. I have repeatedly reported this on WhatsApp & called, no one helps or responds. Now I have just been double billed for this month. And no is answering the call or WhatsApp!! I have not budgeted to pay double this month. The customers service is shocking! Please reverse the payment now and sort out the technical issues
