Supersonic is Useless

we we're moved over from nepic to supersonic and it has just been a complete disaster. First we didn't gave internet speed above 0.15 mbps for a week, and now for the last 2 days, as soon as 16:30 hits we have no internet and extremely slow speeds.

Trying to phone them is a waste of time. I held for 20 min, just to speak to a useless operator. She didn't even check my client ID or attempt to give me a turn around time. When I insisted she tried to give me a time, she ignored me and just stayed quiet for about 5min until I put the phone down.

Should've know MTN will mess this up as well
