Supersonic is USELESS

1. Service not working. 2. Sent numerous emails to accounts & info to no avail. 3. Whatsapp line not working. 4. Portal only showing 1 service. 5. Called this morning, hold on for 11 mins then phone just put done as person apparently cannot hear me. 08:41 6. Called again, lady cannot pick up account in question, cannot merge accounts and cannot assist after 41 mins, after being told to hold call is cut started 08:53 If someone can please assist me that will be great, I'm cancelling.
