Supersonic is useless!!!!
How poor is this company's service. Internet Service Unprovider more like it. Never seen a company not want new customers as much as Supersonic. Here's the story: So my buddy ordered a fibre product with Afrihost in December 2019. He hasn't heard anything since then and proceeded to change his mind and go with Supersonic on 28th Jan 2020 (bare in mind his account was not yet activated @ Afrihost). They stated his order was being processed. He then was told his address doesn't show on Google Maps (he stays in a newer built area which is not yet on Google Maps). Also Mitchell's Fibre (Vumatel) has installed lines in his area so how can the ISP not want to install the Fibre to home at his address?? Now they saying that his address is blocked and has to call Mitchell's Fibre in order to unblock it but MF is saying that the address is not blocked. It's like Supersonic doesn't want to sort this out with MF.
Never have I seen such b*llsh*t before!!

If your buddy placed an order with Afrihost first, it would not be possible for us to place an order as there is already an order put in by another ISP,he/she would have to cancel the order with Afrihost and provide us with the confirmation of cancellation so that we can show this to Mitchells Fibre.
There is no ways we would reject business for no reason.
