Supersonic is useless

Useless service our internet has been on and of for 4 days now with no help from supersonic. After 4 days they just say the cell phone tower is of it wil be back on a hour 6 hours later still nothing. When its on its useless speeds 20 min later of again and they dont help at all nothing. Please people dont use supersonic services you are going to pay for nothing
