Supersonic is the worst wifi company.

I'm very disappointed in this company, I requested for a cancelation due to the fact that this company deducted over R6 310 for the last 3 months for wifi. Which is ridiculous. Why do i have to pay pro-rata? The cancelation still hasn't occurred and this company keep deducting more and more money from my account. This is unacceptable. Why is this company making it so hard to cancel something i dont want! You cannot force me to not cancel the product. Why do I have to change my bank account in order for this company to stop deducting money? This is messed up! I live in a one bedroom apartment and when i enter my room, the wifi signal is in and out! How many times do I have to call to cancel this wifi until they actually stop?
