Supersonic is the WORST service provider EVER

I app**** for fibre with supersonic in February 2021 which was processed but no installed, on 30 March 2021 I asked they cancelled and they haven't delivered so I can get another service provider. I spoke to Nomzamo their consultant and 8 days later still waiting for them to cancel this application. They are so annoying because we cant get another provider to install because they blocking with their application that is still not cancelled.
