Supersonic is the worst service provider ever.

Supersonic provides the worst services ever, I'm so upset and I actually want a refund because I'm paying R800 for services that I don't even get. Last week I stayed a whole 6 days without having fibre, this company didn't even bother to communicate that the is a problem with their service provider MTN instead I kept on calling them and all they could say is they don't know when the problem will be fixed and I'm not the only one , I had to buy data so that I continue working from home for those 6 days and yesterday my fibre stopped working again and I have already paid for for the month of September and just on the 1st of the month I don't have fibre that I paid R800 for. Supersonic I want a refund and I will never use your services ever again ,you guys are so pathetic..
