Supersonic is the worst service provider

I am truly disappointed in the service and business dealings of this company, I made payment as per their instructions and I had to call them 3 times just to find out payment was made to wrong account. I was told the refund will take 7 to 21 days to take place, I mean in today's age of technology 7 to 21 days before they can refund where it took seconds for them to receive my funds, now I sit without the money I paid and without connection, this is truly the worst service ever
