SUPERSONIC IS THE WORST PROVIDER

I wish I could give 0 stars....

I requested a upgrade but was never done by one of the sales reps. 5 dats after the upgrade date I found it was mever done and i requested it to be fixed after a long 2 days of fighting it was fixed... But then checking my billing they charged me for the new Internet usage as well as the Old package as they know are charging me for 320GB internet as my package is the 200GB(new) and 120(old).. Know i canceled my connection and changed providers they gave me a incident but i have not heatd from them in 10 days since i canceled the package.... Ive been calling 3 days straight including know and im on hold for 30 plus minutes with no answer and the whatsapp line keeps revering me to call

This is truly bull****
