Supersonic is the worst isp ever!!!!!

What a ******* isp. No care for customers whatsoever. I haven't had an internet connection for a week and after numerous calls and **** apologies a call back is promised yet to no avail. Technical assistance is ******* as their knowledge rivals that of a primary school student and their so called engineers don't exist. It's been a week with no internet which means a week where kids aren't able to attend online classes and they just couldn't care. If anything they are Super-Fools please dont waste your time with this isp.
