Supersonic is the worst

I received an SMS this morning at 11:00 am saying that I have an outstanding amount owing and if I don't pay it immediately my service will be suspended. I straight away went to my supersonic account - tried to log in - apparently my details are incorrect! And my account has been suspended. After i paid my account on a monthly basis
