Supersonic is the worst !

I have been struggling to cancel my account with Supersonic for three months now, I had to get Evotel involved to eventually help, then we picked up that Supersonic has decreased my mbps from Dec23, they are ignoring my emails asking for credits as I was paying R850 for 50/50 and they down graded me to 20/20, can someone at Supersonic please call me and sort this out, your website does not sent OTP's, you have an incorrect cellphone number for me and nobody answers the phone either, you ignore my emails with regards to the credits........Your customer service is very pathetic........ I AM STRUGGLING SINCE APRIL !!!!!!
