Supersonic is the worst

Ever since Joshua responded to my complaint (in March) no one has contacted me about this issue, I still couldn't work, I'd call them and log tickets but my tickets were closed when no one contacted me, I moved to a different place and it was a little bit better, now the other problem is that they never deducted anything from my bank account although I had selected the debit order option, I have called them a number of times asking if they had my banking details and they said they do, once I was told I owed only R19 after months of using supersonic and it would be deducted from my bank account, after that I got messages from my bank telling me that supersonic tried to deduct money and i had insufficient funds, which was weird because I had the R19 they were supposed to deduct, I always had money to pay for my account but they never deducted and then because I couldn't work from home due to the fact that supersonic was ****py I had to use the same money to get to the office

So now they have sent me a message that says I have to pay R6000 in 3 days, where am I going to get that kind of money when they are the ones that never deducted it
