Supersonic is the worst!!!

Supersonic is sending me routers I don't know what I am supposed to do with so many routers. The first router that was sent never had any internet connection, I even sent a cancellation request, but no response. Please just keep your routers, I cannot deal with your poor service. Please just tell me who is going to pay for all of this?
