Supersonic is the useless company ever !!!

I had the worst experience with this company, I had a contract with them and every 1st of the month I pay them and i receive my data but the 1st of February was different where they cut me off without any communication and I paid because I didn't know anything,I only found out on the 4th of February when I contacted them that I've been cut off , they asked for my banking details so they can refund me and I gave them ,but they haven't refunded me yet and they don't say anything no response to my emails 💔. Its difficult to contact them via phone call because you wait over 57minutes waiting for the agent .
