Supersonic is SUPERSLOW with non-existent servicde

Trying to sign up with this ISP but they don't seem to care or understand the need for any kind of service. It is NOT possible to get through to any area or unit without holding for at least 20 minutes. Every person gives you different timelines, first its 2 to 5 days then 7 to 10 days then 14 days. No one will phone back and no supervisors or managers are available. This is not the ISP to join. AVOID AVOID AVOID
