Supersonic is SUPER USELESS, don't waste your money .!!!!

At the end of october i contacted Super sonic and to them that i want to cancel my account with them because they are expensive and unreliable, they told me it take a month to cancel a subscription and during that last month i would be connected, but ever since the 6th of November i haven't had any connection, called them on 13th of November they told me the connection problem will be sorted soon or someone will call me within 48 hours, its been more than a100hrs. waiting for their call, and 11 days with no internet.
