Supersonic is super useless
Absolutely no service. Internet is off. Their call back service dont work and after 40 minutes on the phone, I am still number 15 in the que. You know how useless a company is when you hold on longer for their call centre than what you do for a government department

I need to restart your supp**** modem/router almost on a daily basis to reconnect my internet connection so I am well aware of the process to follow before I risk phoning your "Super Smart Techies" that knows less than I do.

I would appreciate a call from your customer service department tomorrow to discuss my remaining concern related to the fact that I almost on a daily basis need to restart the router to re-establish a connection to the internet.
