Supersonic is super useless

We have wasted the 3 days being promised by call center agents that they will call us . They close the case without completing the task and never call back 2 weeks without WiFi and bills keep coming. Three promises from agents to call back including a manager Travis who apologized and promised to call back and we have never heard from him again
