Supersonic is Super-Unreliable

I joined supersonic in August and I was pretty happy until the last month and a half when I get constant network loss. I signed up with you all as you told me you were a stable and reliable ISP and I have not found that to be true as of late.

Today for example my internet was off from 2pm til 5pm. I work from home which means it is a requirement that I am online or the company I work with can terminate my employment. Every week I sit without network atleast two to three times a week and its for prolonged periods and the only excuse I get is the main node is down. That is not my problem. I pay you a ton of money to make sure you provide me with a service and at this moment it is lacking and I am extremely unhappy with this. I may be on a 24 month prepaid thing but you are in breach of your agreement when it comes to providing a service.

You either fix this now or you can expect me to be cancelling and returning everything to you. This is pathetic and I am not happy!!!
