Supersonic is super suck

Good day As a supersonic client I have been disappointed time and time again. In June 2021 we relocate to a new area. Unfortunately in this area I do not have the option to use fiber as they are still rolling it out. This made me change to LTE which is z Mtn supplies.As soon ad I after weeks of struggle receive thde new device. I havd had the worst internet service at times. My upload is 0.1 and down loads of 0.2 believe me it is bad. I have to Hotspot from my phone which Re from Mtn just to be able tk do my work from home. I work in the funeral claims department znd my msin job is to payout our clients in a quivk and efficient manner as yhey had just lost z love one. I have call on a daily basis to complain sometimes hold the line for 2 hours just to be answered by a agent that is just not in the mood to help you. Each time they tell me get Fiber. Okay yes I will get fiber it it is available in my area but I really don't understand I do pay more for my LTE as my fiber, so I do really expect a beter service from Supersonic as I pay each month 6it
