Supersonic is super-irritating mickey mouse company

****** disgusting is all that comes to mind. Took out a contract early August 2021 lady who assisted was super amazing and set the tone for what the service was going to be. 3 months down the road my debit order date still hasn't been changed as per my original contract signature and on top of that,i get overdebited by R200 when my Tax invoice clearly states something completely different in amounts nevermind what I've been debited since inception of contract. The call center is freaking useless, don't even understand where the Superstars concept came from. The accounts department is a stomach pill that makes you want to mess on yourself continuously. I've heard and seen reviews and thought let me give it a try, one person's bad experience won't be mine. Big mistake... I want to speak to Management if there even is, this ship is rowing backwards. Wrote a k#k email to accounts and no one has even confirmed receipt.
