SuperSonic is SUPER Delayed and SLOW

Supersonic is super annoying with replying on the BOT, nobody calls us back. For the last 3 weeks we have been experiencing bad internet service, it drops completely and then goes back on then drops again, it happens throughput the day. Its so difficult to get service as the BOT on whatsapp is not programmed correctly and we get the same message. All i want is for a technician to call us and advise if there is a genuine problem or if the problem is with us as a customer? But i can't even get that far? OR get a reference number or anything.
