Supersonic is Sick
Supersonic sent me an Invoice with the banking details and i made the payment now i'm being told i was not supposed to use tose account details because"You are on the Vuma Reach prepaid service. All clients on this service pay directly into Vumatel's account and not into Supersonic's Standard Bank account. Vuma Reach clients are supposed to make payment either through an Easy pay number, or via a payment link" but payment link was not provided to me
Carlos is telling telling me i have 4 days remaining on the service but Refund will be processed in 21days then how the hell am i supposed to pay for the services if they will take 21 days to process a refund

01 Feb 2024, 18:08Hi there. Yes Carlos did advise you correctly. Unfortunately it does take 21 days for the refund to be processed back into your bank account. You will need to make another payment for your internet connection to be restored since Vuma reach clients pay directly into Vumatel account via easy pay or the payment link and not into Supersonic bank account details. We will be able to process another order for you to have your services active again.
