upersonic is the worst ISP in SA and they should change their name to Superstition, Super-chancers, Super-disgusting and Super-amateurs.

My internet has been down since since the early hours of this morning(19/04/2022) and its now 13h00 and I have sent more than 5 emails to them and so far nobody has either called or emailed an update as to why I'm unable to connect to the internet and this is not the first time they render a terrible service like this to me.

There’s not even one Technician calling to inform me as to why I can’t connect to the internet, not even one single email.

I’ve sent lots of emails since this morning and nobody has come back to me to address this matter.

My account is still in good standing and they must kindly cancel my services on the 15th May 2022 and send one of your people come and pick up your router, the box is still intact, but if I'm not getting the internet back again today then I'll have to resort to the legal avenue.
