Supersonic is ridiculous!!

Ridiculous. My WiFi hasn’t been working since Saturday. Every time I call they say they’ve logged the ticket and it’s a 24-72 hour SLA which is pathetic and it’s been escalated . My job requires me to work from home and I can’t even do that so I have to buy a bunch of data , so now it’s costing me my job and money to buy data , get serious please!
