Supersonic is ****py!

I signed up with Supersonic over a month ago. Installation was done by Vuma timeously and I was told to wait for a router. I have been waiting for a router for over 2 weeks now. I keep calling and their agents keep saying they'll escalate the matter and I'll receive my router in a a couple of days. Couple of days have looong passed. They are proving to be extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would definitely not recommend signing up with Supersonic. Do not make that mistake!
