Supersonic is pathetic

This is probably our worst ISP we have. When I took out this fibre supersonic was the number 1 isp and over the years it has just gotten pathetic. I send in a cancellation request on the 5th of June and since have made several call to get my cancellation confirmation. I spoke to a lady by the name of Vanessa and she insured me I would have my letter by the close of business 2 weeks ago and every time I call she says I will have it in the hour, guess what I haven’t received nothing. I wish I never signed up with this *********** isp. It’s companies like this that give service delivery in this country a bad name. I am supposed to be cancelled by the end of this month so my company can take over but guess what I have nothing. I wish we had a ombudsman for this pathetic place coz I would show them how I pay for 100up and down but only get 50-60 I have never had 100mb. You can call and get what you need. They want to charge you more money for worse service. I wish vumatel would just cut them off.
