Supersonic is one of the the worst companies I've had to deal with!!!

Still the worst company to deal with from call centre agents to the line managers too. And I'll keep compaining as even their escalation point are useless and ***********! CLEAR they are just hiring anyone. I demanded to speak to someone senior as the agent couldnt answer why my no internet has case is still open since 31/05/ 2021. The line manager confirmed my case was logged on 31/05/2021 and to date no feedback. Had to literally guide him to see fault in that as it is nw the 13th. I requested a logg on the number of times ive called for the month which he promised to do within an hour which was not attended to. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED EVER, RIGHT NEXT TO SOME OF THE WORST GOVERMENT DEPARTMENTS!!!!
