Supersonic is nowhere near Super!

Supersonic have the worst customer service ever! I have been trying to get fibre installed, or at least move my ONT box from the street to my house for over a month.. I just keep going around and around on the stupid Whatsapp number. I originally managed to speak to someone, and was told my case was "resolved" but nobody could tell me why, and no one had done anything or called! My call was escalated to a manager who was going to call me immediately - 2 weeks later and still waiting. Facebook is riddled with complaints about them, but it seems that they have a monopoly in our estate.
