DO NOT TRUST SUPERSONIC - They only care about your money and ways to get it. Here’s what you else you can expect!

(1) Tickets closed without resolution. You’ll receive no answers, no follow-ups, and no accountability. Just a bunch of collectable tickets with zero outcomes..

(2) Escalations go nowhere. When you ask for a manager, they likely just transfer you to another colleague pretending to be one.

THERE IS NO REAL SUPPORT. They are simply hanging on hoping for the best.. I will NEVER touch MTN nor Supersonic ever again. Any person that I come across whom might want to join them as s customer, will no doubt hear about my experience!
