Supersonic is not "super" anything

Super LTE they say; good speeds they say, good service they say, stable connection they say. Really???? Constant connectivity issues; on-off-on-off. I cannot do my work at all. I have been on the line dozens of times with them via their WhatsApp number and it is the same over and over. Parrot fashion problem-solving with no success at all. "Press the reset button" please sir. Freaken hell; I fell like a reset button myself by now. How many times must I press reset? 999 times before you realize it is not helping? How many times must I repeat the issue to a different Technician each time? Can Supersonic please close down super quick? For months now I have not had a stable connection at all. How can one solve such a problem if no-one seems able to do so? I am expected to "pay or no service"; well guess what...I am paying for no service anyhow. I even tried to switch to Air Fibre via their website and that did not even work. I gave them contact numbers for my wife and I to try switch from LTE to AirFibre. Despite giving them our contact info a few times not a single person ever tried to help us with a new product or service. Can't we have the possibility of a negative rating such as -1 to -5? That's all they deserve. Nothing positive, ever, ever, ever. Avoid Supersonic at all costs. I have added this same review to their FB page. I won't be surprised if they delete it.
