Supersonic is NOT super
After promising to fix my problem within 48hours, after 4 days later I am still waiting. Technician can't even return a call. Their policy is the technician will call you except he never does. Escalated to the Manager Albert who also never calls back.

16 Nov 2020, 23:55Thank you for your response Sandra however the incorrect technician was sent. He is highly recommended and effective however works for your partner company Huawei and could not fix a SuperSonic problem. So a week later I am still waiting for my problem to be fixed?
