Supersonic is not so super

So we signed up recently with these people worst service I have received to say the least. I was recently suspended because they say I owe them money. I sent through all proof of payments spoke to a Mpho and a Bonolo but still no help. I was given a reference by a Zintle in March to which I made payments. Turns out that reference was for someone else's account. Trying to get through their accounts department is such a hassle. Nobody knows what they doing nobody gets back to you.. to date our service has been suspended. I swear this country has gone to the dogs, no customer service at all don't ever use SUPERSONIC they are the worst middle man.
