Supersonic is not recommended as a service provider. They have terrible customer service!!

On the 5th of November 2024, i was billed R499 for a new service package that I did not order, whilst I was still on my current service package. I have been trying to contact them via the call center and whatsapp to no avail. They o not pick up their calls an their whatsapp line is always under maintenance. I resorted to cancelling the service but their site is not allowing me to do that. They just keep billing me even though I have been trying to cancel my service for the past month
